Lena Ramsay

Lena was Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she obtained a degree in Political Science from PPCC and Psychology from the University of Southern Colorado. She supervised a crisis intervention center in Pueblo, Colorado as a (CAC III) certified substance abuse counselor. She went on to serve in the Army, working in a combat zone doing detainment operations in Afghanistan.

Returning to the States as a medically discharged veteran with physical and mental injuries, she was led to an ayahuasca ceremony as an alternative to the VA's myriad medications. This was the first step in her healing journey.

She has participated in many ceremonies and organized them and helped others find a healing path through ayahuasca, psilocybin, kambo, and ketamine. She has taught the mind, body, and spirit approach through breathwork, daily meditation practices, a clean diet, and sound/forest bathing.

For the past three years, she has lived in the woods of Maine, continuing her daily practices while advocating and helping others, especially veterans, find safe, legal access to plant-based medications and alternative therapies.
